DIRECTIONS
Flare metallic glitter eyeliner glides on easily. You can apply it with its brush/ or blend with your fingertips or blender.
To remove, simply wash off gently with soap and water or cleanser

It is advisable to try a 24 HR PATCH TEST with a small area first with whatever you choose, to ensure no skin irritations, please be careful not to put chunky glitter above or close to your eyes to avoid glitter getting in your eyes. Fine glitter is suitable for use all over face but be SENSIBLE when applying near the eye area.
